Museo de la fortaleza de Kurzeme
Kurzeme Fortress Museum (Skolas iela 8, Kandava district, Zante parish, Zente) – this museum in Zante houses an exhibition of objects and materials that mirror the everyday life of people living in its proximity throughout various stages of history. The main exhibition of the museum predominantly tells about the events of World War II in Kurzeme in 1944 and 1945. Several hundred military objects (as big as tanks, and as small as bullets) are displayed. Admission: €2.84 (adult), €1.42 (seniors / students). Hours: 10 am – 5 pm (Tuesday – Saturday).
